That was a good interview. Lubna has clearly thought deeply about everything and formed her own conclusions, much of which I agree with, though not all.
Her problem lies in the traditional, fundamentalist Islam, which doesn't allow its adherents to think for themselves. Even the Quran must be explained to Muslim practitioners through various tafsir ( commentaries).
Interesting that she should pick Jesus as her heretic. He would also be mine, as he thought and acted unlike anyone else. Maybe she should study his words and actions a little more.
