Actually thinking about it I think I'd love you to interview Nicolas De Santo. He's such an intelligent and hilarious comedian and he has an incredible background being half Italian and half Iranian. He was imprisoned in Iran so will probably have something to say about the current uprising.

Spotify is not free as i dont live in the UK / US its only free in some locations , you tube isnt free if you subscribe as i do, im happy to pay for one service not all three, so i cant listen to your Spotify suff without paying so i wont be listening
The Spotify stuff is also on Apple Podcasts and other podcast apps as audio. When I wrote Spotify only, I meant to say RSS feed only! I didn’t realise Spotify wasn’t free in other countries!
TBH as a big podcaster , i would expect you to do some research before making broad statements , you've been caught a number of times on poor research , i have subbed on Apple podcasts, why dont you have a separate channel on youtube called >Andrew Gold against the algorithm< good luck
John, I feel like I've been quite open and kind to your replies. I am still not sure what your complaint actually is. The new information here is that - in addition to the two episodes per week that you are used to getting on YouTube - I am now adding an extra one that is available on Spotify, Apple and many other places...for free. I'm excited about the new direction and you get more content. It's win-win.
ive been very helpful to you in helping you understand that not every service is the same everywhere in the world, i thought it was very helpful to suggest a second channel for your interviews that might be negative to your algorithm reach . you have the option to ignore comments or delete them if you dont want them. Good Luck
I am interested in this interview but prefer video and captions due to my hearing impairment. Captions on YouTube are sometimes wildly wrong but supplementing with lip reading helps a lot. Strangely, I could not reach this via the email I received because p, I was informed, it is for paid subscribers only.

So I came to Substack to confirm that I am indeed a paid subscriber, and can now listen to this. Maybe my subscriber status is not embedded in the email.
I understand the need to monetize content. But there is a limit, especially for retired people with modest income. For example, I also pay for Triggernometry, but cannot afford to add K. Kisin and F. Foster individually. Please think carefully about requiring additional subscriptions for every platform. Also, I do not yet know whether I can control the speed of playback on Spotify as I can on YouTube. You and your guests often speak very rapidly, so having the option to slow it down incrementally (and not by leaps) is helpful. Otherwise, you risk losing part of your audience. Wishing you all the best, which is why I have paid for a subscription.
Hello Pamela, thanks for commenting. To clarify, this isn’t an extra thing to pay for, but an extra free thing for Substack members like you. You don’t have to sign up to anything else. The videos will come out a day early for paid subs too.

The reason it is not on YouTube is because my episodes on YouTube are tied to the algorithm. So if I want to cover something like psychopathy, it will be heavily suppressed on YouTube due to my audience who want political content. I’ve been itching to branch out and cover new topics.
