Sex IS Changeable: Insane Judge Rules
A Man Has Beaten A Woman in the Most Important & Insane Gender Case in History
“In its ordinary meaning, sex is changeable.”
This wasn’t a scene from an old Monty Python sketch. Nor was it a question at a support group for people with split personality syndrome. And no, this wasn’t overheard at a sci-fi convention.
These were the frightening words of a judge demanding that Sall Grover pay $10,000 (AUS) in damages to Roxy Tickle, a man who adopted a porn star name to gain access to Sall’s app for the women’s safety, Giggle.
His ruling was that this constituted unlawful gender identity discrimination.
Now, not only will Roxy profit enormously, but other fetishistic men will take advantage of this precedent. Safe spaces for women across Australia - and perhaps the wider world - will now be penetrated by sex-addicted men (the very people they are looking to avoid).
The judge - a serious and dull man with grey hair, glasses and a black gown - stared down at his notes with an inscrutable expression, while reading out utter tripe about sex, gender identity and the meaning of women.
Some of this seems to be written into Australian constitution or precedent (I’ll need a lawyer to clarify - I’m writing this hastily after watching the ruling live), while other snippets started with “I’ve decided”, followed by something absolutely insane and anti-scientific.
Welcome to 2024.
Welcome to the Post-#MeToo apocalypse.
Welcome to Tickle vs Giggle.
For those who haven’t kept up with this case, Sall Grover is the Australian businesswoman defending Giggle - her mobile app for women to talk with one another about women things - from a man who calls himself Roxy Tickle (the porn star name that gives even less weight to the notion that we should change laws to allow men to indulge their fetishes).
Yet Tickle - and trans rights activists - would have us believe that this stretches beyond fetishism and psychological disorder. Earlier, he responded to a lawyer’s question about what he had done to “live as a woman” to explain that he*:
Took hormones which changed his body, though not his voice.
Had ‘gender affirmation’ surgery, including vaginoplasty and labiaplasty (i.e. removal of the penis to construct a fake vagina/labia).
Went through social transition, telling family and friends.
Started shopping in the female section of clothing stores.
Spent a lot of money removing facial hair, which he says is unfortunately still there.
Uses female bathrooms/change rooms.
Plays on a women’s hockey team.

It won’t have escaped your notice that only some of the above-listed women’s things are things that women actually do. The number of women, for example, who remove their penis is so low that - if by some quirk of nature, it is not zero - it is statistically negligible.
The last two traits on Tickle’s list are particularly worrying precisely because they are things that women do; namely, using female bathrooms and playing in women’s sports. Even if you were to buy into the ideology of gender, any sane and rational person could see that we segregate sports and bathrooms based on sex due to physical differences (notwithstanding the propensity of some men to rape).
But now a judge has decided - and written into precedence - that sex (not gender identity) is changeable. It must be stressed that this is an extreme view even among trans rights activists. That is why this is so shocking and damaging.
This physical difference between the sexes bears repeating because the driving force in the creation of the Giggle app was the sexual violence and misogyny that Sall experienced from men. Interestingly, Wikipedia - increasingly ideologically captured, emotionally inaccurate and woke - describes Giggle’s “membership policy purporting to restrict access to women but excluding trans women”.
It’s a seemingly innocuous turn of phrase, but the pedant in me can’t help but point out the redundancy of the latter clause. A full stop (period) should sit quite happily after “women”. If we’re going to add categories of things that are not women to the qualifier, then why not:
A membership policy purporting to restrict access to women but excluding cats named Mr. Whiskers and overly ripe bananas.
Of course, I’m being facetious.
I’m aware we now live in a world where much of the mad mainstream speaks of trans women as a category of woman. They believe that gender (nothing more than a useful synonym for those too prudish to say the word “sex”) is changeable.
Now, sex is changeable, too!
For those of you just dipping your toes in the quirky, anti-scientific world of trans activism, the words of the lawyer cross-examining Sall might come as a shock*:
Lawyer: You have previously said that you would be kind to Ms Tickle if you met her in real life?
Sall: Yes.
Lawyer: Would you call her Ms Tickle?
Sall: No, I would not.
Lawyer: But that’s not kind, is it?
Sall: I don’t think it’s kind to expect a woman to see a man as a woman.
Lawyer: Ms Tickle is a woman, isn’t she?
Sall: Tickle is a biological male.
Lawyer: Even where a person who was assigned male at birth transitions to a woman by having surgery, hormones, gets rid of facial hair, undergoes facial reconstruction, grows their hair long, wears make up, wears female clothes, describes themselves as a woman, introduces themselves as a woman, uses female changing rooms, changes their birth certificate – you don’t accept that is a woman do you?
Sall: No.
Lawyer: I suggest to you that in Australian society, the normal meaning of a woman is someone who has changed their birth certificate to say woman, what would you say to that?
Sall: I don’t agree.

But I’m here - and you readers (the ones who don’t send me death threats) are here - to remind the elites in charge that a wig and lipstick do not a woman make. That’s why Sall’s defeat is so devastating. It is terrible for women, terrible for men who care about women and - lest we forget - terrible for truth.
It sets a precedent; it screams at us that a grey mass blob of dull and humourless lunatics are officially running the asylum. It will become even harder for you, me and rational people to say in public what is palpably evident even to babies who are yet to say their first word (often mama or dada, but rarely clownfish): that sex is important, immovable and innate. It drives an even larger - perhaps irrevocable - wedge between the woke liberal elites and real working people.
Sall’s origin story - her emphasis on safe spaces for women after being attacked by abusive men - is a common theme in the gender realist sphere, with many supposed allies of the oppressed eagerly forgetting how J K Rowling’s husband left her to die in the street after one particularly brutal attack.
Even if Sall had won this case, it is grotesque that
